Using a Cisco Router and/or VPN Appliance with Verizon FIOS

Does anyone have experience setting up a Cisco VPN 3001 and Cisco 2621 behind the Actiontec MI424-WR?  I don't have any static IP's and would like to figure out how I can terminate a VPN tunnel on my 3001.  Any suggestions or best practices at making this work is great appreciated?
