When trying to install VISS on my computer it fails saying it is already started on my computer. I've removed the Verizon Folder and stopped the one Verizon app running, restarted the compter and get the same results. My PC is a Win7 Netbook. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

google mcpr.exe it's a mcafee removal tool -- you will want to run that, restart your pc, and then install the viss

I have a similiar situation where I un-installed VISS, ran McAfee Removal Tool and tried to re-install VISS. All seems to work based on windows presented. But nothing seems to be installed, NO Desktop ICON is presented. Was on the phone via GoToAssist with Mcafee support and nothing happened as well. Never got an answer or email what had happened. Booted in SAFE MODE, Ran Malware and Spyware fixers, nothing was found. Frustrated
