My computer does not have the .NET Framework product.

Therefore the newly installed shortcut for VZ In Home Agent is not functional.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes I'm sure other people have seen this..

The .NET framework it's referring to was released in Jan 06 .. free download from Microsoft..

I would give you a link but your computer may be not be able to handle it and I would feel guilty if your machine blew up on you.
