I am being harassed for moving my Verizon Connection after moving to a new residence. It has been 2 weeks and I have spent around 50 hours on phone waiting and moving from one department to other and I still have not got it through. Their customer service is worst. I have spent more money on giving them the supporting documentation (BY FAX!) than the service bill for one month. They don't care about the customers and the customers shouldn't care about them.
