Hi, Im dying to receive fios in my neighborhood. I've been waiting for almost 4 years. Everytime i call they tell me one more year, just one more. Whats heartbreaking is that 3 blocks down from me they have fios over there and whats even worse is that when a Verizon tech came to fix my dsl they said my area has the cables for fios already but they just need to put a centralized box or something so that the area/block can receive it. The tech said its a 10 min job. A year later the same tech came to my house and was like you guys still didnt get fios? So i asked him what I can do he told me to contact my councilman weprin. Well that did no help cause mark weprin is not responding. Please verizon is there anything you can do for me? If its a 10 min job and if 3 blocks from us already have it, why can't I get it?
