I placed an order for wifi installation for a new apartment and have already uploaded a lease agreement for verification. The move-in date is closing and my order is still on hold. I've already confirmed that the previous tenant's service has been cancelled but still haven't confirmed that the technician will be coming on the selected date. Can someone please help me with this so I can properly verify the account and have the wifi installed upon move-in?
