I originally got 150/65 Mbps and I noticed Verizon upgraded all the Upload speed to match the download speed in their plan. Have anybody noticed the newer upload speed in their Fios plan? My upload speed is still the same at around 70-72 Mbps.

Yes this is part of the symetrical speed upgrades that they are rolling out for free.

To answer your question, yes, I got the recent free upload from 75/35 to 75/75 and the new upload speed is as promised. Many others here on the forum have reported similar results. However, posts here on the forum also indicate that the rollout hasn't yet hit all geographical areas. In their official annoucement, Verizon said when the rollout is complete, 95% of subscribers should see the balanced speeds.
