Verizon Internet Security Suite issue

After installing the Security Suite I am receiving an error message that says, "Verizon Internet Security Suite was unable to load a required security driver [PKT] / [SKT]".  I followed the step to go to the diagnostic utility and reinstall the drivers.  It says it downloads the drivers successfully but then I get the same driver error message each time my PC boots up.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Security Suite three times and still get the driver error message. 


After installing the Security Suite I am also having trouble browsing certain websites, such as signing in to my hotmail account and viewing the fiostvcentral website. 


Any suggestions?
