After I subscribed and installed the Verizon Internet Security Suite on my computer it began to run at snail speed. It took over six hours to run a scheduled scan and during that time the computer was virtually unusable.
I finally took the computer in for a tuneup and was told that they had to wipe 128 viruses. I regularly run full scans and NEVER did the software indicate any detection of viruses.
I have not only paid to use a service that obviously does not protect your computer, it cost me to have it repaired.
I have since cancelled the service, disabled it from my computer and subscribed to a service that does the job it is intended to do.
