Whenever I try to look into building a mix and match plan, or inquire about a product or service, I get a screen that says,
"Please contact the Verizon Local Business OfficeWe're Sorry, we're unable to continue your order at this time.Please try again later or contact your local Verizon Business Office for assistance.
I would like to switch over to Fios ASAP, however, it’s impossible with this error occurring every time I try something.

send an email to one of the executives and then verizon will contact you.
or call 1-800-VERIZON on the phone and try to get assistance.
you can also go to https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect
and receive assistance from real verizon help personnel.
