I called on one phone and am told "wait time is averaging 4-6 minutes"...it has now been 26 minutes and counting.
While I stay on that line, on another line I call and am told "wait time is averaging 5-7 minutes"...it has now been 10 minutes and counting.
Come on Verizon Customer Support, get your act together. I'm not even calling about my service. I'm calling because the Verizon Service truck opened box on corner of my front yard and left the coax cable outside of the box and left a underground line flag in the neighbor's yard. Very unacceptable as now you are putting me out.

How are they putting you out?
the company knows what they did. The box is opened for a reason and the flag in the neighbors yard is probably for an install.
try alerting Verizon via their chat at their web site.
