Verizon Service Checkup Blank Screen

The Verizon Service Checkup pop up and says I have updates, so I click it to run.
It checks registration, then the screen goes blank.
Is is at "https://care.verizon.net/ssm/dispatcher/start.do
I'm not quite sure what all this service does, but apparently it doen't want to work.
I am on Explorer 9, 64 bit, and logged in with my admin id.

There could be a couple of things. Try manually running windows updater to see if there's pending windows updates. Also if you have the Verizon In Home Agent software or the Verizon Media Manager check each of those programs to see if there is an update as well.
