I am glad you were able to get connected. We have received reports about people having troubles with the connection. The traceroutes we have received show connections failing in the 4th hop of the Microsoft network. We have been in contact with Microsoft.

If you're a gamer, be aware that there's a history of the Actiontec routers running out of space in the NAT table. If you reboot your router and can connect/play again for a while and it does the same thing, this may be happening to yours. If you log into the Actiontec router and look at the system logs, you'll see error messages about NAT Table overflows if this is happening.
