I am a current Verizon FiOS Quantum 50/25Mbps and just tried to visit the TimeWarnerCable.com website for a family member.
The website would not load and would not open.
I am also a VPN user for work. Turned on my VPN, and it 'changed my IP' and suddenly the TimeWarnerCable.com website loaded instantly without fail.
Disconnected VPN, tried again, it DID NOT work.
Reconnected VPN, website loads.
Anyone else seeing this? Verizon is blocking competition???
Anyone from Verizon have a word on this?

Sounds like a DNS issue. What dns servers are you using in non vpn mode?
