My wife went to return the Verizon router, and they accidentally cancelled our internet service. The person hit the wrong button apparently. Really?? It's 2018, are there no validations on their systems?
Cant even get in touch with a human on the phone because they dont recognize the information in the system. Stores don't provide services anymore, so cannot even talk to anyone to resolve this.
Apparently now I need to sign up again and wait for them to assign me a installation slot. This is beyond ridiculous. Who can I talk to to help resolve this matter??
