I've noticed the slow Netflix posts have tapered off too. Have you give it a try to see if it really goes to the higher bitrates?

I no longer see SuperHD as an option.
I was never was able to stream in SuperHD (was able to somewhat hold 720p, though with constant drops to 480p and below). I know some people were able to stream in SuperHD and 3D.
Apparently it popped up as an option on both Comcast and Verizon.

https://signup.netflix.com/superhd is saying no for me. I've been seeing videos served via Above.Net the past couple of days and am wondering if Netflix has secured additional bandwidth sources. All connections to Cogent are still awful though.
