The storm on Friday ripped the verizon lines off the utility pole in the alley behind my house. This is currently blocking my access to my garage and parking since the lines are hanging 3 feet off the ground. You can't even walk through here and someone is going to hit it with their car when its dark. This happened a few months ago and verizon sent 3 different trucks out who told me they need a bucket truck. In reality they need to replace the pole since its very old and rotting. It hasn't caused any damage yet, but with another storm coming on Wednesday I gaurantee it will. I haven't been able to get through on the phone or live chat to even report this. Does anyone have a number I can call to actually speak to somebody? I'm really tired of waiting on hold and I've tried calling 5 times already, and we've tweeted at them. I need this resolved before someone gets hurt, we have kids that play in the alley every day.
