With all this going on, where are verizon's responsiblity for their existing customers?
My internet has taken a considerable amount of hit and I am not getting no where near what I am paying for (which was 25/25 and I am only getting 4 mb down).
After wasting BUNCH of time and come here and now it's getting me to download a program that will reside on my mac..
This HAS to be one of the MOST frustrating experience.
AS a consumer, what are our rights? (Other than just continue to get pummpled by these big giants)
Is this consider breech of contract??
I am suprised that people are not FREAKING out over this Verizon's lack of support and sense of responsiblity.
Am I the only one taking this approach? CLearly, this is NOT the best forum to splash these topic so I am going to copy and paste this exact post to my other forums and social network and blogging page.. This is freakinig unreal.

Not that I am taking up for Verizon but...............
You gotta realize when a company goes on strike, everyone suffers including the company. According to a newspaper article I read, upper management are now working the phones.
"where are verizon's responsiblity for their existing customers?

Once the strike is over (or try now), calling Verizon's tech support and/or the customer retention dept. See what they can do for you to compensate you for the strike inconveince. Especially if you are a "valuable customer."
You make no mention that you even contacted customer support.
"now it's getting me to download a program that will reside on my mac.."
What program? I also have a Mac & have never been notified to download anything for a Mac!
