Was schedulled for a new router install today between 9-11. There has been no comunication from Verizon as to if and when I can expect the service.

Unfortunately this forum is made up of fellow customers, just like you. You'll have to contact Verizon directly (either by phone or live chat - I prefer live chat) in order to get this resolved.
