Very slow upload speeds

My upload speed is very slow (~1.6 Mbps, according to various speed tests including Verizon's).

I have 50/50 service, and I used to get about 40 Mbps up and 30 down. Today I'm still getting 30 down, but only 1.6 up.

I use VOIP, so I need a decent upload speed. At 1.6, I pretty much can't do anything online if I'm on the phone.

Right after I posted this, I thought to try a speed test on another PC. That PC is fine, this one is slow, so I figure this isn't Verizon's problem.

Should have checked that first, I guess. 🙂 Sorry if I wasted anyone's time.
