Video Endpoint SIP Registration - Does FIOS offer SIP Registrar Services?

I have a Cisco EX60 and I want to know if Verizon FIOS offers SIP registration services for its paying customers. I have the phone, data and cable plan.  How can I register my device to Verizon FIOS registars for SIP?
