Howdy,
Fios goes down every 5-15 minutes.
I have reset the router multiple times,
I have released and renewed IP multiple times,
I have reset the ONT,
I have moved to different coax outlets,
I bought a high quality spitter,
I tried connecting router directily to coax off of ONT.
Router reports good connection to ONT > 240Mbps.
Very annoying as this causes xbox live not to work, causes video streaming to constantly buffer, every other page I surf to fails to load.
What can I do?
If you've reboot the router that many times, and moved the outlets that many times and rebooted the ONT that many times, then you have a couple options.
you should either contact Verizon and ask them if they can look at the ONT logs and see if it's reporting anything specific.
OR
you should exchange the router for a new one. You can exchange them over the counter at any of the Verizon Stores.
