Where can i find the WDS (Wireless Distribution System) setting on my FIOS gateway so I can activate it?

Presumably you mean WPS? It's the button marked WPS on the front panel of the router.

WDS, or Wireless Distribution System, is not supported by Verizon routers from what I can see.
If your looking to add a repeater to your in-home WiFi, I strongly reccomend you look into powerline adapers such as these: https://amzn.com/B00AWRUIY4
Basically these adpaters allow you to send data over power lines already in your walls, all you have to do is plug one of the adpaters in near the router, and the other near an outlet where your repeater is. This would give you a much quicker and more reliable connection to repeat wifi.
TL;DR - No, Verizon routers do not support WDS.
