How can I change my wireless router's internet password to something that I want instead of the WEP Key code?

Just use the in-home agent. you will find an option to do it on the main page.

access the router admin pages via your browser with the url http:..192.168.1.1
Logon and then access the wifi tab. You can change the wep password there However I would suggest dump wep and change to wpa2 as it is much more secure

Forget the in-home-agent. Personally recommend uninstalling it.
Don't just change the WEP key. Change to WPA2.

And if your router supports wireless N speeds and all of your devices support N, when you set WPA2 then also set the router for N Performance Mode and AES encryption, this will give you the best wireless performance you can get from the Verizon router.
Oh, also make sure you are using channel 1, 6, or 11, not Auto. Pick the channel based on activity in your area on other networks. You can use the free program INSSIDer to see which channel(s) have the highest activity, then you should choose the channel with the least activity for your network.
