We have now waited 3+ months to have a temporary line buried. Winter months are close and the ground will soon freeze...so despite contacting Verizon almost weekly and having "a new ticket" created there has been zero progress. The agent seems to have no control over the contractors and will not give us their information. I have seen other similar issues and would like advice on how to proceed. Our neighbors have had similar issues (Verizon contractors cut both our lines and our sprinkler systems during the summer by accident). Thank you.
