Waste customers time

Verizon completely lied to me about the installation of Fios 

i was sent dozens of texts stating my appointment time was 9-11am

i had to take the day off work to be present and no one showed up 

or called to let me know 

very displeased with crooked sales tactics

That’s strange but not unheard of via doing a search of this forum.

however looking at the sheer number of customers or potential customers the small number of complaints about it happening are small.

 

i would advise you call 1-800-VERIZON and give them hell. In certain cases a good “I am canceling service” will get you an installer pronto. Especially if you are not hooked up yet.
