We are set to have Fios installed in 4 days. We were told we could try out our service on our mobile device with the Fios app and watch now. When I go to the watch now it always says No Data available. Why is this not working? Leaving a cable company after 20+ years, I pray this isn't a start of the same kind of service we have been receiving.
