Working from home w repeated Spectrum internet crashes is a problem for me and my neighbors. How can we get service here?

Welcome to the forums, folks.  Know that you're talking mostly to other users here.  Nobody here has any influence over when and where Verizon decides to deploy FiOS.

If FiOS is in your neighborhood but not at your address, you can ask them if it should be available to you.  The best way to do that is to post in https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect or tweet @Verizonsupport and ask them to open a "FAST" ticket for your address.
