Web space hosting - how to link to uploaded files

I have not been able to get an answer from the support folks after many tries.  I have uploaded files to the "My Pictures" section of the verizon web space.  I need to know how to link to these files from another web page.  The URL is something like this "mysite.verizon.net/[username]/MISSING LINK/[filename]" but I cannot get it to work.

Any ideas?  Thanks!
