So I currently have directv and time warner for internet. Trying to save some money directv offers a bundle package and verizon is the internet provider. So the package sounded fair and an install date was set up for dec.20 anytime from 1-5. Well wouldn't you know it, I took the day off from work, lost a days pay, and I got a no show and not even a phone call. I called verizon and now they want me to take Monday off so we can try this again. Are you kidding me? Is this the kind of customer service I have to look forward to in the future? No thanks. I was treated like my time is worthless . They refused to help or compensate me in anyway. I think I'll stay with time warner. They may be a couple dollars more but good customer service is worth that any day.
