Whats the deal with the new $10 a month 75/35 upgrade offer? Chat reps are useless

I recently upgraded from 25/25 to the 50/25 because of the free month offer then $10 a month.

Now I see an offer for 75/35 free for a month then $10 a month.

What I'm trying to figure out is, is this $10 for the 75/35 on top of the upgrade I already have for 50/25 so in other words $20 total more a month?
I asked 2 chat reps and they were clueless. They just kept telling to me add things to a bundle when the speed upgrade is all by iteself.

I'm guessing it is $10 more on top of the $10 I already upgraded to, but nothing says for sure so I'm confused.
