Fios router 403 when accessing from wan ip but 192.168.1.1 works fine

WAN access to the web UI is off by default. Turn it on in advanced settings, if you must. Be sure to use a secure password.
I recommend leaving it off, as it's a security risk. Many router features can be managed through the Verizon app.
