When will Fios Internet come to my area?

I have notice that in the summer of "2014" they were installing Fios in my area on the main street. The projects a couple of blocks away from me has had Fios for a couple of years. The whole Project? So what is the problem that Fios can't come on the side blocks? As of yet Fios has not come on my block I live in the area of 10026. Why is it taking so long for Fios to come into the side blocks.
