I have a Verizon Pro account and have my domain and website thru Verizon. I am trying to find my .htaccess using FTP but am unable. I am trying to deal with some bodbots and scrapers. Anyone know where to find the dang .htaccess?

Perhaps you need to create it

I have been on hold with billing for 45 minutes now. They have NO IDEA what Verizon Pro is (though they bill me for ir) or how I get in touch with them. Does anybody have this info?
