Why 50mbps?

i have 50 Mbps scheme in fils, but it is veryyyyyyyyyyyyy dead slow connection
I checked with Verizon/speedtest it shows 2mbps
Why huge difference?
Better Verizon say truth it is 5 mbps plan 😓😫

Are you testing with an ethernet cable plugged from the Verizon router to your computer when you get those speeds?

You can try rebooting your ONT and router to see if that helps otherwise a service call to Verizon for a field tech visit is in order.
