We upgraded to the quantum router (model Fios-G1100) months ago. all was well. However, a few weeks ago we started to experience instances where we would lose Wi-Fi. The Router will go from having the Globe and Wi-Fi white lights both on - to just having the globe light blinking. Unplugging the router, waiting 60 seconds, plugging it back in and then, waiting for it to boot up has been resolving the issue at that moment. The problem is that losing the Wi-Fi interrupts whatever we were doing. We didn't have so much instability in the past. It is now a daily occurrence...
Do you have suggestions to resolve this?
Are there any router logs that could point to these 'loss of Wi-Fi' causes?
