And now I am billed for unreturned router, that was actually returned two months ago.
Where am I supposed to find the tracking number for the package I shipped back to Verizon two months ago to prove I returned the router???

Have you contacted Verizon support about the status of your returned router?
First the rep asked for the tracking number that I did not have. Then she put me on hold and came back apologizing for inconvenience and said the amount will be credited. That was a relief.
