I don't know why, but the WiiConnect24 stopped working a while ago. I've looked up the error message it's given me on Nintendo Support just tells me, basically, that it can't help me. Any ideas?

Sorry it's taken so long to reply.
#1 The error message is 109343.
#2 The router is a FiOS router (MI424WR). I can't tell what version it is.

I looked up that error message, and I found this
Let us do some checks..
#1 Check the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS Server(s) in your computer.
This means for example if you are on Windows XP..
a) Go to Start -> Run.
b) Type in cmd and press enter.
c) In the new Window, called the command prompt, type in ipconfig /all and press enter.
#2 When you go to the Default Gateway with your web browser, this takes you to your MI424WR ?

Yep, the default gateway leads to the router options page.

Ok.
#1 In your Actiontec go to System Montiroring -> Gateway Status.
#2 Click Yes, to the warning there.
#3 In there will be several things.
#4 One of which is an IP Address. Do not post what that IP Address is.
#5 With a web browser go to https://secure.informaction.com/ipecho/
#6 In the router at that screen, did you see the same IP Address OR a Different One?

There was no "Gateway Status" under "System Monitoring," but "Default Gateway" was listed. Is that what you meant?
In any case, the default gateway wasn't the same as the IP address at the link you gave me.

#1 Ok, we will try that again.
a) Log-in to the router.
b) At the first screen that you see, it will say connected under Broadband Connection.
c) That IP Address in the router is the same IP Address as on that site?
#2 In the router go to Advanced -> IP Address Distribution.
#3 What is the DHCP Range of the router? They might call it the Dynamic IP Range.
#4 Do you have only one game console behind this router OR at least two?
#5 In the router go to Advanced and then to
Universal Plug and Play
OR to UPnP
#6 What is that currently set to?

#1 The IP address of the router is the same as the one on the webpage you gave me.
#3 The DHCP Range is 192.168.1.(2-254).
#4 The Wii is the only game console, but we do have two DSis connected if those count.
#6 "Allow Other Network Users to Control Wireless Broadband Router's Network Features" is on, "Enable Automatic Cleanup of Old Unused UPnP Services" is off, and "WAN Connection Publication" is set to "Publish Only the Main WAN Connection."
