I hate my cable company they constantly raise my rates when i asked if the could do any thing about the price they said no. Then I said i couldent afford them and i would have to cancle my service. They then said good luck because they prety much have the monopoly in my area. So i went to verision got hispeed DSL and Direct TV. Now to my question. When the verision tech came to install the DSL he said i might get FIOS in my area because my Central Office has been wired for Fios and that verison may finish the install in my area. Is there any truth to this? It has been a year now and still no sign of FIOS oh and I live in Mastic NY witch is on Long Island Thanks
