Spent 30 hours over the last 2 weeks trying to get Verizon to install an ethernet connection. Still no installation; finally cancelled everything today as literally could not take this level of incompetence anymore. Most stressful experience of my life. And now they have charged me $74 for data I never used, was never connected too and despite the fact I took off two days of work to wait for the technicians that I was 'promised' would arrive. Yet never did. Seriously would rather get hit by a train then deal with Verizon again.
