No FIOS service for 2 days. Almost an hour listening to "All our agents are busy..." When I finally got a human, she requested so much "security" info that I felt like a criminal. After all that, she told me that there we no service people available for two days.
Does this sound like a company that "Cares about its customers?" No one to answer the phone, and no one to fix the problem!
