Xbox One (On Wifi) Unable to to get "Open Na"t Even After setting IP to Fixed and placing in DMZ

Hi everyone,

I have an xbox one on wifi with a fixed Ip address. I have searched the forums and even tried the following tutorial linked below:

This did not work for me. I am still seeing "moderate" nat.


I also tried placing the xbox into the dmz zone which I thought would have worked. No go, still nat shows as moderate.

Anyone have any insight as to what could be the problem?

If you plan to port forward or use DMZ, disable UPnP. That migth help for one console. It won't help for the other, though.
