An important FYI to fellow Verizon FIOS customers:  Do NOT think that the Verizon Copyright Alert Program will always first notify you for ANY illegal downloading. That program applies ONLY to the major content providers who have signed onto the program. Other content providers can still directly serve a subpoena to Verizon requesting your identity .  This is happening with people who download stuff produced by Malibu Media, for example.
