Youtube is extremely slow. Works for about 5 seconds and then buffers for 15 seconds. Takes about 20 mins to watch a 5 minute clip. Didnt have this problem with Comacst.
I just switched from Charter 15/1 internet to FiOS 15/5, and I likewise had the impression that YouTube had become slower. However, my Charter connection is still active so I switched back--I got very similar results. So perhaps it's YouTube.
(For reference, I was accessing a 1080p video on YouTube.)

It's generally YouTube's problem. They had a massive slow-down a few weeks ago, and every video took ages to buffer up. It's been better recently, though once in a while I catch a bad server and need to reload the page to grab another set of cache servers.
