I was on my web site sjvwc.net and logged off and a few hours later tried to get back on and I get this message:

I spent over an hour with Support and he said he would send a new IP address to my router and he said he would call back in an hour. Well he never called back and I don't know if he did what he said he would do and I still can not access sjvwc.net

I can access everything on the web except my web site. I can't access on any of my computers or iPad and everyone else I know can access the site.

Any ideas?

Can you tracert to it and see where it blocks you?

It's odd that I can't access it by ip http://72.52.194.156 which is what the dns name http://sjvwc.net/ resolves to.

He's using Shared Hosting so you won't be able to reach his site by IP unless you insert it into your HOSTS file, or you know his account username on the server. I see a Default Web Page served up from the cPanel Bundle of Apache HTTP Web Server.

His site is working just fine for me and traces completely. It ends up at a server owned by 2By2Host and the server's name is "Pluto."
