So yesterday I was calling because I need a technician to service the poor and intermittent internet.  

I called and I was on hold for 47 minutes before I got disconnected.

Frustrated?  Yes.  

I switched from Time Warner for customer service and the speed and some reliability issues.

I must say that I am regretting my decision.

Fios is not meeting my expectations.  I'm so glad I didn't let them cut and remove the wires for Time Warner when they installed.  I may need to go back.
