Why does it take "up tp 60days" for verizon to activate your autopay status? This is SO dark ages.... most other sites do it instantly with a confirmation message.
You guys should consider that over 50% of the traffic to your site is probably people just trying to pay their bill. THe home screen is so cluttered it's a mess. There is no billing or general forum so I am forced to 'pick' from what is availabel which affects all forums really - another shortcoming in my mind.
Sorry to vent, but changes are needed. I just visited 10 sites to update cc info and unfortunately verizon came in last in user friendliness...
Because you may easily miss the current Bill cycle. Note that it often takes less, but they don't want to say that.
