Hi

This is actually a success story. Had my router switched out this morning and I got everything working -- except the Wifi on my printer. So after an hour of not getting what the Dell support page was saying, and Dell telling me they were going to charge me $59, I turned the printer off in frustration. Then I turned it on, hit the WPS button on that, then the WPS button on the router and VOILA. "Connected". So before you tear your hair out, turn the printer off. Then turn it on and follow mfg instructions.
