Cancellations can be done by phone or FiOS store only, the last I checked.
1-800-VERIZON they are available 24/7 best way is between 8 AM till 5 PM EDT
to speak to an American representative.
otherwise it's the foreign so so support.
don't falter and keep saying you want to terminate service. The reps are supposed to try and talk you out of it. They will offer new deals, equipment or bundles or faster speeds. Stick to your call.
