I contacted Verizon support and they said it was a router problem... New one came today and IT STILL DOESN't WORK.....

Well, you have a route to the server. It looks to be hitting the destination without a problem, as the traceroute is simply timing out due to the fact that the endpoint doesn't respond to ICMP.
You're not using any proxy servers on your system, are you?

Contacted Verizion technical support. they tried to rest IP but it dinot work. Waiting to hear back from them.

Verizon support couldn't fix problem and escalted it to network support. Still no resolution. Will keep you updatated.
